Robert gave you the straight stuff. There are several close. I personally used the Autopark at Olde City garage. Do not believe you will find any free parking close by. However …

Robert gave you the straight stuff. There are several close. I personally used the Autopark at Olde City garage. Do not believe you will find any free parking close by. However there is a SEPTA station close if you park elsewhere and come in by public transportation. Also, city tour buses (double decker commercial), start and stop at Independence NHP, so if you want to see more of the city with a "hop on, hop off" tour, you can include your visit in that.

Yes the Liberty Bell isn't inside Independence Hall; it's in a separate building across the street that doesn't cost or require tickets. The tour is of Independence Hall only.
