Braden Smith, Purdue: This one has become an obvious choice nightly, but that scoring outburst was a sight to behold. Everything Iowa did offensively was countered because Smith was in a zone to match. Smith finished with 31 points on 11-of-15 shooting to go with six rebounds, four assists and two steals.

The game was tied at 41 when Smith and Loyer hit back-to-back 3-pointers in a 30-second span, starting the key run for the Boilermakers. Purdue made 8 of its first 9 shots in the second half, including 5 of 5 on 3-pointers.
