A member of the undefeated 1972 Dolphins Super Bowl team and decorated college wide receiver has died at age 81.

Twilley caught a touchdown pass in Super Bowl 7 against the Washington Redskins, a 14-7 victory that capped Miami's 17-0 season.

Twilley was one of the members of the Hurricane’s 1964 Bluebonnet Bowl team who was honored last October when TU rallied to beat UTSA, 46-45.
