That was a whole different beast vs just adding the Dic audio to a Sailor Moon movie. lol I can see why no one in the scene attempted this.

They most likely wouldn't base it in Japan though and make the cast a diverse group of girls which is also fine and definitely a positive sign to girls of all racial backgrounds who want to become a Sailor Senshi.
