Packing Lists - Girl Scouts River Valleys Camps
Use our printable packing lists as general suggestions of what to pack. The lists will help make sure your camper has everything they need for a safe and fun camp experience. Remember that camp is rustic—think dirt, dust, and humidity—so, clothes and shoes get dirty.
Extra boots are available for campers to borrow while riding; families do not need to purchase boots. Electronic items can easily be damaged in the camp environment. If the campers bring these items to camp, they will be labeled and put in the Camp Director’s possession until the camper checks out.
Parents – have your scout do her own packing so she knows where to find her items when she gets to camp*. It’s OK to include a small sleep object. Many items such as personal care items or wet/dirty clothes can be packed in plastic bags.
