Also, at least Gase didn't select a tight end over Warren Sapp (Kotite was our GM as well). Kotite is also the only head coach who can be claimed as the worst for two franchises as well; us and the Eagles.

2024年12月26日 · Herm Edwards was an awful head coach and objectively one of the worst in Jets history, with only Rich Kotite being arguably worse. What makes Edwards' failure so infuriating is that he managed to take a legitimate Super Bowl caliber roster and coach them into mediocrity like no other could.
