It onpened on March 22, 2021, and is Tarrant County's third Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott. It features 200 rooms of different plans. The design of the hotel compliments the architecture of the historic Horse and Mule Barns and the other Fort Worth Stockyards buildings. The facade is constructed of stucco with a clay tile roof.

Deco 969, the first new apartment building built in Downtown Fort Worth in many years, opened officially on July 17, 2024. The building is 27 stories and comes in with an actual height of 315 feet. It has 302 apartments, with one, two, and three bedroom options. The building was built around the historic Winfield Place, making the tower "L" shaped.
