I suspect that the computer is the problem, because some people are having the issue while others are not.

2017年10月24日 · No problem. 2nd monitor connected to DP port using a startech DP to HDMI cable (no adapters); No display at all. Go into settings in Win 10 to detect monitor… nothing. Unplugged DP and boot machine up on VGA. Wait 5 mins then plug in DP cable to PC. Wait a further 5 mins then plug HDMI end into monitor… nothing, nada, zilch.

2018年12月11日 · I have noted that in some cases I can use the command Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B to restart the graphics drivers and that brings the screens back up. We are using Lenovo Tiny desktops, model m710q. I have updated the drives available from Lenovo and I checked the Intel driver tool and it says that we are up to date as well.

2021年4月15日 · yes DP in/out does mean display port out so you can plug a monitor into that. for the monitor you could look at something like the Dell P2418HZM 24" which has a built in webcam/mic and is designed for video conferencing. this monitor is also vesa mountable and has a display port in but the bezels are a little thick if that matter to you
